I love racing but for hollywood to do all of these movies in 10 years is overworking the car and racing theme. I don't think hollywood would be happy if they showed what really happens in racing. It is a life but a second one not everyone is obessed with it so much that that is all they do (at least not here) and the racer don't have all of the best cars I race at a drag strip and I run against Trans ams and civics and proteges and diesels even most are stock or cheaply modified. I want hollywood to show the real side of racing not a played up gang story.

Not sure where you are...There is a thriving street racing scene in my city. and the cars (some low end, some high end) have alot of very expensive mods. Obviously the movie is sensationalized but who really wants to watch a bunch of wanna-be macho thugs spending their inheritance?

The cars in the movie are considered "rice". Ugly body kits, ugly paint jobs, bumble bee sounding exhaust.
