Release date?

Anyone know when Tuesday will be out?

reply

Hi there -

That's down to the distributors - we're hoping that the UK and US will capitalise on Life on Mars/Ash to Ashes, so it 'should' be spring 2008...

reply

Thanks, thats great news. Is Tuesday going to be released elsewhere in Europe?

Yay indeed to Dylan Brown. An awesome actor. Why on earth has he only done so little?

Will it ever hit the US markets?
I'm amused that Philip Glennister and Kevin McNally both worked on LIFE ON MARS and now this.....those Brits play well together. I would love to ask Philip if he has any amusing stories to relate on set?

Don't forget John Simm! ^_^

I fell in lust with John Simm watching LOM and again as his role as the master on Doctor Who. I can't wait to see him in something else. Hopefully this will get released on Amazon UK. It's the only way I can see British tv here in the states.

It's on at Shepherd's Bush Vue in London from Friday 10th. October. Can't see it's being released to any other cinemas - yet.

any update on when this will be released?

reply

The film is still waiting for a distributor. It may not get a cinematic release if it's not able to find one but more likely to be picked up for television. The BBC has shown an interest. But fingers crossed it will make it to the big screen, it's currently playing European festivals.

reply

I think it being on the Beeb would make sense, the BBC aren't going to be stupid enough to let it slide past, especially because LoM and A2A are such big cult hits.
The only point is if it feels more cinematic than tv drama?
Because it might not work well if it feels like a low budget film, not a tv film.

I'm hoping for a cinema release anyway!
