Maybe it's just the bald thing.

ME!!!! I was telling my mom about this movie, and that's who I mentioned to describe it. I was like "He looks like George on Seingfeild" and she laughed so hard.

When Harold got a Rascal motorized scooter in the film that sealed the deal for me because there was a Seinfeld episode where George rode around on a Rascal and I can hear Jason Alexander screaming "My own personal Rascal, Jerrry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".
