Is there an extended version?

I have been doing a bit of reading online and have found that "Star Wars The Legacy Revealed" might have additional footage somewhere that was suppose to be included if this program is ever released on DVD.

I have found mention made on a few sites that there might be more out there somewhere. What I have seen seems to indicate the original cut had to fit within a certain time frame to air on the History Channel and that the makers were going to put some back for an eventual DVD release.

I have no idea if this is true or not. I was wondering what other people have seen.

I was upset Legacy was not included in the recent Blu-Ray package. I still have hope it will eventually make its way to DVD. If an extended edition exists, I really hope that will be released someday.
