I'm watching this movie right now and when I click on the on-screen description (from my remote) it says that Jordan Ladd stars in this.

I don't see her listed in the cast, nor have I seen her in the movie so far.

Is this a mistake on the part of my cable company? Who provides the movie descriptions that appear on-screen?

She's the one who played Avis. All of her years of heavy smoking really aged her face.
