I know this show is fake, but I can't stand Liz. I just saw the episode with the cat dying - and Liz suggests immediately running out and getting another cat, and then blaming Adrianne for no reason. How insensitive and stupid is this woman.

"I feel like I am not getting the respect I deserve. I am the shop manager and I feel like I don't have to run to Kat for everything." Yeah, because you have management skills and accounting gives you the authority to run someone else's shop - by throwing a monkey-wrench into the works.

Right.

If you feel like you're not getting respected at your job, LEAVE THE JOB. Otherwise, shut up, do your training, learn your craft, and do your job, and do it well.

Shop Manager doesn't really mean you're a manager in the traditional sense. They just keep up with all the paperwork, be the receptionist, greet customers... basically the easiest job there. They definitely have no authority or call any shots.

The show failed way before she got hired though..

Your point is valid, Care. That was kinda the thing I was getting at is that she was trying to overstep her boundaries. Let's not forget Liz trying to bring in a commssion for her self-potrait, too.
