Couldn't make out something Anna said...

Episode 12. Right before Robert went into a coma. Anna said to Patrick "Once you love a Scorpio <something>" and Patrick said "Ain't that the truth." Or somethign to that effect.

What did Anna say? I couldn't make it out. It was such a touching moment and I want to know what was said. Can anyone help me out?

I can't find the remote to put the CC on but I listened to it alot on my computer and the tv. I'm pretty sure this is what was said.

P:He's lucky to have you.

A:Once you love a Scorpio,right?

P:Ain't that the truth.
