Cant see anything, looks like crap

This movie looks like its made by a 12 year old who just got a video editor. It has everything from filters to artificial camera shake, and its dark with more smash cuts than can be counted. Ugh plus most of the shots are zoomed in so close there is no way to tell what is even happening or who is talking. Why are directors like this even allowed to film a movie when the one job they have is to make something we can watch. If we cant see it then the director fails at their one job.
