Season 7 - where's closed captioning??

I just received the set of DVDs for season 7 from my local library. There is NO PLACE that allows me to activate closed captioning. I find this unbelievable; all previous 6 seasons allowed me to do this.

If anyone has seen a version that DOES allow closed captioning to be turned on, please let me know what identification marks are on the box, and I'll try to track it down. I may have to buy this entire season because the library is unlikely to replace its current set with one that allows it.
