SoD at VIFF (26-Sept-08)

"Stone of Destiny" screened tonight to a full-house at the Vancouver Int'l. Film Festival and the audience loved it, and gave Charles Martin Smith a standing ovation and several rounds of applause. Lots of Scots in the audience, including a few guys proudly wearing their kilts.

Smith and producer Robert Merilees stayed for a Q&A following the screening. Said they don't have a U.S. distributor yet, but are working on it. SoD is opening in Scotland on October 10.
