BobCat cartoon.

Aksel's cartoon creation Bobcat reminded me of Fritz the Cat, that subversive underground cat from the 1970s. I like the sly dig at current popular culture and the Me Too era. Aksel complains that the film creation has been sanitised to make it all family friendly. All the " offensive" features have been removed to make it a Christmas product. He still gets in trouble as some feminists regard Bob Cat as sexist. Aksel's heated radio debate with a feminist is a comedic take on cancel culture.

And Aksel won that debate. Feminism is ok but it's not ok going around cancelling and censoring stuff just because you think you have power.

It seems weird that he didn't get that stories get sanitized for movies.
