dislike this film. Chris did annoy me from time to time, but then I'd see him starting to crack a smile and realize that he was trying to be dryly funny. It was a bit forced in parts, I must admit, but I could still overlook it and see the humor in the situation. Overall, I found the girls in the movie to be the most charming part. Especially the last shot of his ex with the baby, it was such a sweet moment...I am, however, a sucker for a cute baby LOL.

...I'd also like to add that I have my father's gun and a scorching case of herpes

Cute babies are good. Especially with a well-dressed salad and proper home-made chips.

The point I think you are missing is that, yes, he was trying to be dryly funny,
but everything he did here was at someone else's expense. This guy is just a
big burden on everyone around him ... if anything in the movie is truthful,
otherwise he is just having the audience on, wasting our time on something .... WEIRD.
