This movie was bizarre

My rating: 3/10. And only because of the sex scenes, they were well done.

Aside from that, it was terrible. The plot would've been entertaining if only it'd been explored a little more. The actors were BAD, and have i mentioned it was bizarre? The whole creep aunt/alice storyline was ridiculous! i didn't get it. If you're going to pay for oral sex then pay it to have it yourself you idiot!
and then that scene with the four old men and women was nonsense.
And wtf did cassidy want? he got angry at midget for *beep* alice and then when midget said he loved him, went away with the pedophile!

oh! and at the end it says "MADE BY ED" hahahahahaha!!!
riiiiiiiight! that explains it.

I totally agree! This was another in a long line of "artsy" gay coming out films where no one really comes out (*Spoiler alert* they stay confused), teens ALL act like drug-fueled sociopaths, and the scenes with Alice's Aunt & Old people in the sprinklers & Midget wanking next to his mother reminded me of a bad David Lynch ripoff!

Watch "Shelter" instead. There is even less surfing in that gay surfer movie but at least there are some likable characters and it doesn't waste your time with a meandering storyline.

I'd give this POS about a 3 as well for a few of the nude scenes. Call me shallow, but with nothing better to work with I'll have to rate it based on those.

I also don't like those scenes, I felt they don't really add anything to the story. But I kinda like the story, the movie is mediocre but I will give it a 6 or 7/10. I understand where Cass was coming from when he got angry at Midget. They had sex and he said he loves him, then the next thing that happened is Midget flirting with the teacher (when he hit the teacher, not sure to whom Cass was jealous of, or maybe its ultimately because of their past experience) and *beep*ing Alice. Of course anyone would be disappointed and angry to how Midget acted. He also isn't comfortable being seen with Cassidy publicly, he just wants to be in the bedroom.

Before leaving with the teacher, Cass told Midget to find him once he feel he have the balls to really leave that town. I feel that for Midget his fantasy of leaving town is just sightseeing, just a fantasy and not real world. He is not even thinking of "living", working to earn money. And when he decided to leave, his first choice was leaving with Alice. Cassidy is only his second choice.

In my opinion, the ending is more hopeful. Cassidy leaving with the teacher as they will have better lives. And Midget staying in town. He is not really ready leaving the town. If Cass would leave with him, they will just have issue along the way and nothing really good will happen in their future.
