I prefer Heather and Ray as a couple

The show keeps moving towards Heather and Bishop being with each other, like they're the Joey and Dawson of the show. But i personally think Ray and Heather are a better couple, Ray seems more real and alot more fun than the uptight nerdy rich boy Bishop.

Plus Heather has more in common with Ray, they have very similar home lives with terrible parents, both are poor, both feel like they're trash the town looks down on. Ray pretty much nailed it at the party when Heather was drunk about how much they had in common. Also Ray was raised by his older brother because of bad parenting and Heather is raising her younger sister because of bad parenting.

There just seems to be way more chemistry between Ray and Heather than there is between Bishop and Heather.

Did you write this before you finished watching the season?.. 🤔
Because I mean the show seems to agree with you.

Btw, did you know the actor is Jack Nicholson's son? I had no idea!

Lol no i was in the middle of the season when i made this post, i was so happy they ended up together.

And holy shit what? the actor who plays Ray is Jack Nicholson's son?! wow i had no idea, but looking at him i can see his dad in his face. Thats crazy i had no idea, but Ray really became my favorite character on the show, dude is a super talented actor, really hope i start seeing him in more things.

Yeah i really enjoyed it, lots of cool twist and turns, and as i just learned the character Ray is played by Jack Nicholson's son, so its really awesome to see a legendary actors son coming into his own, he really steals the show.
