Doest this movies have any link with assault on precinct 13 with Ethan Hawke ?? ( which is in itslef a remake of a 1976 homonymous movie) ????

No direct link at all. The only similar element between the 2 films is that Precinct 13 was closing down and the French cops are in temporary facilities which are also due to close down in the near future. Both films also feature a raid on the stations, though in Crossfire the raid isn't the central plot point of the film. 🐭
