What happened to Aron Bielski?
Just curious. I noticed the end of the movie focused on Aesol, Zus, and Tuvia. I didn't see any mention of Aron in the final credits. Did he die during the movie? I don't remember his death.
shareYou're right, the movie didn't indicate what became of Aron. However, he did not die: he is still alive today. He came to the U.S. in the 1950's and changed his name to Bell from Bielski. As I understand it his role in the resistance was limited as he was quite young (11 or 12 at the start of the hostilities) and took on roles such as guide and messenger in the otriad.
