Perhaps "Inspired" by a True Story Would Work Better

I think there is much to be learned from and thrilled by in this movie but if people are going to refuse to watch it as a movie but spend their time arguing about historical inaccuracies, that is lost.

I was made to think about how the forest Jewish leaders had to make split second moral decisions about who should live or who should die so that others could survive.

It also makes me appreciate my own life comfortable in my recliner with air conditioning and a full refrigerator and no one coming to turn me out because of my religion (I'm Anglican).

I thought the two leads, Daniel Craig and Liev Schrieber, were excellent.

It is a hard movie to watch knowing that much of what is shown is true in terms of people having to run like deer through the woods because of the evil black Nazi cloud spreading around the world.

I just reflected and rejoiced yesterday on the anniversary of D Day that we beat the Nazi and Imperial Army bastards and they are no more!

This positively infantile preoccupation with bosoms!Terry-Thomas about US 1963.Hasnt changed much!

I googled your family, your father had 11 siblings in total, as for the four brothers in this movie, your father and Tuvia migrated to New York, and the character who was in the movie a teenager/ young adult but in real life was actually the second oldest brother died in combat in WWII. But your dad actually had 6 more brothers and 2 sisters, where the killed along with the parents.
