I bet Dr. Ben Carson saw this movie ...

Republican presidential hopeful Dr. Ben Carson recently claimed to much furor that Hitler's plans, including the Holocaust, would have been "greatly diminished" if more guns were around.

I wonder if stories like the one this movie tells would have served as an example. Theoretically, if there had been armed Bielski partisans all over both pre-WWII Germany and occupied Europe, MAYBE things would have turned out differently.

Not necessarily defending Carson's comments; I am a big opponent of ever using Nazi / Hitler rhetoric in American politics. But still, a thought worth entertaining.
