The setup is pretty good, but the script seems a bit rough. As if they filmed more than was practical and then tried to fix it in editing, which somewhat worked, but there are some odd scenes that don't seem adequately motivated. Both the principals were good in it. Some ideas seem to go to far. Why sell your whole company just to buy an old house for someone who won't be needing it much longer anyway. The supposed relationship with the guy seems odd as well. It's so little there that it begs the question of having it at all. So definitely watchable, more so than Tar, but cringeworthy at points. I would have liked to see more ideas in the story. 6/10

THR's review gets it slightly wrong about their arrangement. It was actually already in the contract. The movie also didn't generate any tears as far as I was concerned. Maybe because that part was too predictable.
