Possible ending for trust

Let's say land is worth 250m. 50 cousins. Each gets 5m in assets between land and money. Say 30 want to cash out. 10 want land. 10 want half each. So they sell 70% of land and keep 30%. Each cousin has cash and/or a parcel of land. Problem solved.
