Hey everybody,
I live in Munich Germany and I've got major problems trying to see this movie. Apparently there is no shop in all of Europe that sells an english language version of this movie. I couldn't even find a legal download or offer to watch it online. Does anyone know where I can find this movie or if there actually is a DVD release? There's not even anything on eBay or anywhere else...

I'm having the same problem. I can't find it anywhere. Subtitled or not. Not on Ebay, Amazon, or the type of download that bends around the legal barriers. Nothing. If someone could tell me where on earth I can get this that would fantastic.
PS I've never found a movie sound freaking hard to find in my life.

apparently the movie is yet to be released outside of morroco. it only got screened at some film festivals.
i wouldn't be too excited about the movie. sure, the rating looks nice, but take a look at the reviews: 6 out of the 7 reviews are from people who reviewed only this one movie, nothing else. smells somewhat fishy, doesn't it?
It has almost an 8.0, with over 5000 votes. How is that fishy? I don't know if 6 of the 7 reviews are from first-time-reviewers or not, but clearly the voting is real. If it was a popular movie in Morocco, then it could easily have gotten that many votes for real. Just because it hasn't been released in the U.S. doesn't mean it's not a popular movies deserving of it's rating.
I hope they do release it here, though, because I'm anxious to see the movie. It looks very interesting and unique.

the voting can hardly be real. a movie with 5000 votes would have way more threads here on the boards - at least a few dozens and not just three as at the present time! it would also have many more reviews.

Clearly it isn't. The film is not available to buy or download anywhere. It's played at a handful of festivals, which means that it's only had a handful of public screenings at all; how could 5,000+ people have had the opportunity to see it? There is a voting scam associated with this movie, just as there was last year with the Japanese film CARNIVORES (http://www.imdb.com/board/bd0000042/nest/204975941?d=206206859). IMDb staff removed the fake votes from that movie and the same should be done here. In fact they removed the entry for the film altogether, though KANDISHA does appear to exist at least; there was no evidence that CARNIVORES did.
