Conspiracy!

All this time I thought drug dealers were put in jail for breaking the law. Now I find out these poor innocent dope dealers were imprisoned as part of a grand conspiracy engineered by The Man. I've been had!

I thought it was a fairly decent documentary. Many of the facts in it were actually true. However I agree with you in that there needs to be a very well made high budget film on this topic to spread the word of the insanity of marijuana prohibition laws.

Try AKA Tommy Chong. Thats a excellent documentary.

Why the hell do people expect objectivity from a documentary? It's a movie, for god's sake, not the news. NO documentary is a source of empirical data.

*beep* marijuana, all drugs need be legalised. It's the only fair and sane solution. This is NOT a marijuana legalisation movie; if you want that, go watch Grass. It's nice and gentle and populist and narrated by a famous guy. This is a movie about the many crimes perpetrated against the American people by the federal government in the name of defeating the drug menace, more important and relevant now than ever before, and you'd ask him to tone it down? Ludicrous.
