Ending question ** spoiler **

Dina wants Tawfig, but he can't go there. He wakes up to see Haled and Dina together. Tawfig and Dina's goodbye is awkward.

Next day, when Tawfig is conducting, Haled solos on the violin. Was he supposed to? Tawfig looks at him somewhat proudly, like father to son (I think he had called him "son" the night before.)

It seems as though they are all still in their isolated places, but just a touch happier for having interacted, however fleetingly. Although what's his name did get the Waiting for Godot late night call from his girlfriend, finally.
