What is holding up the release?

It's late August, 2009, and this movie is still not released. What is the problem? Since it's about college, might NOW be a good time for a release?

I agree. I'd like to eventually be able to see this film...

I guess I'll cut my losses, and turn my tricks at the magic show..

I just saw this movie on a Singapore Airlines flight last week. Hadn't heard of it before, and can't find it since. Too bad, because it's a great film.
