The 2 Hours That I Can Never Get Back

RocknRolla is one of those films which, when it was over, made me realise that the two hours I spent watching it can never be returned. Ever. If I could somehow sue the film-makers to return these hours of my life I would, but I can't.

I'm not talking about bad films here, I love bad films, I'm talking about egregious invasions of my time and intellect which promise infinitely more than they deliver. They are films that I watch until the end because I really do want to be convinced as to their worth which turns out to be absolute zero.

Can anyone add to my full list below?

Signs
Wind Talkers
RockNRolla
London Boulevard
Along Came Polly
Year One
Die Hard 4.0
Rat Race
A.I. Artificial Intelligence

I'd probably take away AI just as at least there were some interesting special effects (although little else). I'd add Munich, Midnight in Paris, Crash, The Matrix sequels and Magnolia to the list off the top of my head.

What does it mean to regret, when I have no choice

You don't like Munich? Wow.

The trouble with bad films is that instead of forgetting about it, for some reason, people come to forums like this to tell everyone that they've just waisted 2 hours of their life. They then waste more time by telling people about it.

Makes no sense?

All in all I did like the film and it was much better than the recent Kevin Sorbo/Steven Seagal films.

I liked A.I.

Man, I am so glad to find people who hated Signs, RockNRolla and Magnolia. Gives me hope in humanity.

Gee another Rocket Scientist using the most overused, mind numbling stupid cliche there is (next to "jumped the shark"). YAWN.

I never understood the expression about time that you can't get back. Even if the film is great you could never get that time back!
