The whole haunted hotel and weirdo manager made no sense. Especially at the end!!

Its connected to the movie Basement Jack. The two are made by the same people and feature the same actors. The manager is a a recurring character who these guys are making a movie for. The third in this trilogy is Necropolitan coming out sometime this year supposedly.

Have not see Basement Jack yet..I hope it gives a better explanation of the creepy manager.
