Is Superjail actually Hell?

Hell would be like the ultimate prison, wouldn't it? Just like Superjail

Supporting Evidence:
- Superjail is on top of a volcano; a "lake of fire"
- The 'Warden' has magical deity-like powers, and might be the devil
- People repeatedly die in superjail, only to come back to life later, as if they are not actually in a mortal plane of existence.

No, because there's a Superhell adjacent from Superjail before it broke loss.
