FANFIC 2

Okay, since noone responded, here's the second part.

Edgar looks over at Sam, but he doesn't see Alan with him. "Where's Alan?"

"This can't be happening..." sobs Sam.

Edgar crawls over to Sam and shakes him with just enough force to pull him out of his trance. "WHERE'S ALAN!?"

"I...I don't know...he was here..."

All of a sudden they hear Chloe giving an evil laugh from the direction of the throne room.

"Damn. Stand on your feet, Emerson. We've gotta save Alan."

"All right..."

They both burst through the doorway and head off to the throne room. When they get there, they're not prepared for what they see. The Black Widow is holding Alan up with one arm and is standing right in front of a window. David and Chloe are on her left and right side slowly approaching Sam and Edgar.

"Tell me where Star and Michael are and I'll let Alan go and let the three of you walk out alive." said Widow.

"Screw that, you bloodsucking slut!" shouted Edgar.

"I'm not giving up my brother." said Sam.

"Better listen to her Emerson...If you don't, you're gonna get your guts spread all over the place!" said David.

Edgar only needs a few seconds to take in the gravity of the situation and when he does everything goes to sh!t. He has one last dagger and he quickly whips it out, throwing it in a smooth line towards the Widow's head. But she quickly doges it and it busts out of the window.

David and Chloe lunge toward Sam and Edgar. Same shoots Chloe with an arrow, but it only punctures her lung and she's knocked out temporarily. Edgar starts to shoot David with the stake gun, but it clicks on empty after the first one misses. He then has a very fierce hand-to-hand battle with David and is fighting for his life.

"Edgar!! Hold on!!" shouts Sam, taking aim with the bow.

"N-n-no!!!" pants Edgar. "Forget about m-m-me---nnngghhh....Just die, you bastard!!" David is starting to strangle Edgar. "S-s-save...hhnnnn...Alan!.....Get the h-hell off me!!"

Sam heeds his plea and turns around to kill Widow. He shoots an arrow at her, but to his stunning amazement Alan blocks it! He shoots another arrow, this time aiming carefully out of Alan's reach. But she dodges again and jumps out of the window, Alan along in her arms.

"NO!" Sam stares at the window in shock before turning around to kill David.
