Blood + guts was the best part -- that and the Jamaican vampire

Ok, this was a seriously weak film. I watched it on DVD (must have been the unedited version), and couldn't get through the whole thing in one sitting -- it was that slow.

BUT, I liked the gore. That first scene on the beach was so intense that it actually managed to shock me (pretty hard to do). At first, I was afraid that if they were going to have that much gore in this kind of film (supposedly somewhat comedic) that it wasn't going to work at all. It turned out that the gore was the best part.
