Christmas inside Summer Outside
They are celebrating Christmas inside, but the outside shots are in summer, the oak tree is in full leaf, and there are insect flying about am i missing something here? is it part of the plot.

There are many scene's when the outside is cold. The scenes where it is outside and warm are when Toly "goes back" to the 1800's.
