Does he get in trouble for saying "and the winner is" instead of "and the Oscar goes to..." for documentary short subject? Haven't really heard that since they changed it in the 80s.

I mean in all honesty I'm shocked that we even still separate best actor and actress... How do we know that Phoenix identifies as a man? The awards should be merged as, greatest person, acting ability should have zero to do with the winner. It should go to the person who has advocated the most for the liberal party this year, and who has fought the most for women's rights and equality for blacks...
