Stunned!

Me and my wife watched the whole series (Dubbed in english) from 1 ~ 26. We are stunned by the way it was done, and how the story slowly unfolds in to something more and more complex, how realistic it was when it comes to human emotions etc. Too bad that not many people have seen this. Does anyone know anything similar to this? I think this is the greatest anime we've seen so far,
