Krrish has forever ruined Koi Mil Gaya!

That's right. Way to destroy the happy ending Rohit and Nisha got in Koi Mil Gaya. Yup, just kill off Nisha with a broken heart or some such nonsense. Have Rohit spend the next 20 years or so captive by some madman then come home to have his wife NOT waiting for him there. And why is Rohit acting all childlike again (I mean, I get he's a genius, but he's still acting like an idiot savant)? Wasn't it established in Koi Mil Gaya that as he 'ripened' he became more and more adult-like. I mean, he was like frickin' Rambo by the the time he brought back Jadoo to his ship. Whatever.

Oh, and Hrithik and Priyanka don't have the same chemistry as Hrithik and Preity. Not even close. Hrithik and Preity were so enjoyable together. Hell, I even preferred the pairing of Hrithik and Aishwarya (even though they look like siblings). My opinion anyway as I didn't care one whit for Krishna and Priya as a couple. I was actually hoping they'd replace Priyanka Chopra by the time the third installment came around... but then again I don't plan on watching the third installment, so what the hell am I talking about?! If I was in charge of this movie franchise, I'd have like a time machine to restore Rohit and Nisha's happy ending. I really wish they'd have just made Krrish as a standalone movie. But they just wanted to exploit the success of Koi Mil Gaya and put at the top of all Krrish movie posters that it's a 'sequel'.

i hope they stop it at this movie and not another sequel to this....all they think is how can they expand the movies and cross harry potter movie franchise..

Koi Mil Gaya was the first indian movie I've watched to my knowledge. Watched Krrish straight afterward and was pretty shocked at the transition between the movies. Personally I preferred Krrish, but the two movies are completely different genres.

I loved Koi Mil Gaya, I have not seen anything after that. I lost intrest when I noticed Preity was written out of the sequel. I think Preity brings the best out of Hrithik compared to Priyanka if you ask me.

Lol Ramesh my friend, that's only half true. There are many films of Preity that I get bored with, so script makes a huge difference.

Why did they do that though?? Did the senior Roshan have a fall out with Preity? She still seems to be a good friend of the Jr Roshan and his wife.

Yeah I meant why didn't they take Preity with the sequels. Preity still had it when Krrish came out, she just got aged too fast since 2011, before that she was really a leading lady material.

Case in point when Preity did Salaam Namaste 2005, she was same age as Kajol and Raveena but looked way more youthful. Krrish released in 2006, she could do that.
