Whose body was that of Arthur Green? He looked exactly like Ziggy.

did you pay attention? it said ziggy had underwent tons of reconstruction surgery. he obviously had been planning this for a long time and reconstructed himself to look exactly like green.

It sure was stupid, as it was a 100% match! Then again, so was Face-off! Some movies just take a little liberty too far.
