Did Noam Chomsky ever really say "when questions of decision, reason or choice of action arise, human science is at a loss"? Doesn't sound like him, especially since "decision" and "choice of action" are synonymous.

shareI am unsure how reliable the source, but on a website it says that Chomsky said that in an interview in 1978. The link is below

Thanks for the great lead. I now know that he must have said it in the course of his 1978 interview with Bryan Magee.
