Great movie and one of the saddest. The real Hachi was from Japan and lived from 1923 to 1935.

I think he likes gerbils in him and him in dogs.

Only half that story got out you see.

But the half that did ended up in Croft's garden.

It is impossible to watch this movie without tearing up. The last 30 minutes are so sad. Poor hachi.
