Trilogies?

Does anyone else think it's akward to include all three Lord of the Rings movies as a single entity while Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Godfather remain seperated on the list. I'd rather see Empire Strikes Back represented than the original and Godfather 2 always gets left in the 30's while Godfather gets a comfortable position at 2 or 3.
