sebastian shot jonas on the beach i thought but then he turns up fine at his house to leave mette and gets shot on the street where he dies.... did i miss something? was he just not badly hurt the first time he got shot? helppp :/

I think Sebastian's shot got Jonas near his left shoulder I believe. Jonas was killed by the Triads who were tracking down Sebastian and the diamonds that were in the suitcase.

shareHe got hit on the shoulder at the beach and in the next scene where he leaves after seeing Mette he only has one arm in his jacket. We don't see but I presume the other was in the sling. And as Sebastian said earlier in the film "you only cheat the triads once".
