how the hell could Glenn Quinn be on an episode of city homicide if he DIED 7 years ago!

Wrong Glenn Quinn, two actors, one alive, the other deceased. The one that's still alive was on City Homicide and no much else. I think I posted this on the deceased actors page as well.
