my only gripe withthe story

is in the end starkiller is proven to be more powerful than vader and palpatine and even has the chance to kill palpatine but kota stops him doing so claiming it isnt the jedi way or something(not played it in a while so my memory is abit vague)

but this makes no sense all jedi even yoda know that sidious/palpatine and vader need to be killed its the only way to free the galaxy, and in doing so would also save many lives etc. i know lucas needed a reason for starkillerr to not kill palpatine to fit in with the movies but this seems like a realy lame excuse.

its the equivelent of someone having the chance to kill hitler and deciding not to on the grounds it would make then just like him, which is bollocks to start with

Palpatine probably had another lightsaber under his robe, besides, it's a known fact that Palpatine is more dangerous when he seems to be defenseless. There is the possibility that he would shock Galen to death like he did to Windu

its alright saying he could but in the game we seem him defenceless at mareks mercy, they could have atleast come up with a better reason

kota stop Starkiller from killing palpatine out of anger, cause if he had starkiller would have gone to the darkside probably fully and thrown away his struggle to find the light.

it was a gamble on kota's part. he saving starkiller from darkness, yet allowing the emporer to live, but had the emporer been killed vadar would have taken his place with starkiller by his side.

what would you have chosen?

it was still a lame reason, for not exectuting the emporer, definatley have the emporer continue his regime or risk someone else taking over( which probably wouldnt have happend as starkiller had changed his ways) IMO bad writing i mean what other feeling could you have when taking out the emporer ,no one said to luke make sure you dont get angry when you kill palpatine
