Starkiller vs....

i think starkiller could beat all of them except maybe yoda

Mind you, I'm not a die hard SW fan that knows all the ins, the outs, the hidden powers or whatnot...

But OH MY F'ING GOD! Starkiller is an absolute GOD compared to ANYONE in your list, considering what we've seen of them in the series/movies or mostly of what we've read in books/supplementals.

In my humble opinion, regarding teh star wars universe; I'm a big fan of how well balanced a jedi or dark jedi (sith if you will) is in comparison to "regular" folks (possibly with gadgets), jedi/sith are the krillins of the world, the pikachu's, a humble jean d'arc... not ssj14 Goku, mewtwo or god himself. Starkiller is so brutally overpowered, it's just not fun (from a lore perspective), however for a game it's great! I did really enjoy SW:TFU(1&2) on Unleashed-mode, but any difficulty lower than that just brings out the "this guy is too overpowered"-opinion of mine.

To get back to your inquiry... possibly, maybe Yoda on a good day, in his younger years (with the experience he has now), when on steroids. But yeah, that's it, Starkiller would woop the others simultaneously.

Galen Marek, in his absolute prime, was said to be (w/ George's blessing even) one of the most powerful force sensitives ever. Even as a small child, with utterly unrealized potential, he existed in the Force so powerful that Vader assumed he was a Knight's master. A Knight's master. For the sake of this argument, we'll use Marek at the very end of the first game. Lightside, confident, almost fully tapped, probably about 8.5/10 on the scale of his full potential.

With that said...

Only Yoda, Palpatine and maybe Windu could best him (add to that Revan if you want to include things outside of G-Canon). That goes for saber dueling or force powers. Anakin at the end of Ep3 was insanely powerful, but his conflicting emotions held him back. Even when he embraced rage, he has love and doubt holding him back. A truly formed Anakin could have squashed Obi-Wan without trying. The fact that Obi stood up to him for a long time is indicative of Anakin's potential still not being fully actualized. Anakin in Ep3 probably couldn't best Marek. A fully realized Anakin would literally be far and above anyone else in Star Wars history, though. Make no mistake of that.

Starkiller vs Darth Maul (It'd be a multi staged fight with MAul winning the first and second and Starkiller the rest)

-Starkiller vs Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus (I take it they are the same person?)

-Starkiller vs Assaj Ventress (from the Clone Wars for those of you who don't know) (Only know her from LEGO Clone Wars game lol so it's a guess)

-Starkiller vs General Grievous

-Starkiller vs Sera Keto (Never heard of him)

-Starkiller vs Cin Draalig (Same again)

-Starkiller vs Qui-Gon Jinn (no-one f\ucks with Neeson lol)

-Starkiller vs Obi-Wan Kenobi (Join forces after the fight?)

-Starkiller vs Anakin Skywalker (Defeats him as Vader never fights him young)

-Starkiller vs Ahsoka Tano (I know her but I dunno her strength so it's just a guess)

-Starkiller vs Quinlan Vos (Never heard of him)

-Starkiller vs Yoda (Starkiller doesn't even scratch him)

-Starkiller vs Mace Windu (A tie)

My personal opinion.
Starkiller vs Ahsoka Tano. Easy win for Starkiller she overpower her with the force.
Starkiller vs Darth Maul. Starkiller take this. They engaged with the lightsaber and he overpower hin with the force.
Starkiller vs /Darth Tyrannus. Interesting duel. Count Dooku IS far better swordmaster but Starkiller is stronger with the force but Count Dooku more skillful with the force. I can't say for sure, it can go both ways.
Starkiller vs Assaj Ventress. Starkiller easy.
Starkiller vs General Grievous. Starkiller because General Grievous can't win very strong force users.
Starkiller vs Sera Keto. Starkiller very easy duel.
-Starkiller vs Cin Draalig. Starkiller for the same reason Cin Draalig lost to Anakin.
Starkiller vs Qui-Gon Jinn. Starkiller not easy duel. Qui-Gon Jinn has a chance to win.
Starkiller vs Obi-Wan Kenobi (young or old). Starkiller both duels because he was trained to counter Obi-Wan Kenobi lightsaber duel form.
Starkiller vsAnakin Skywalker. Only if Anakin don't underestimate him otherwise he loosed.
Starkiller vs Ahsoka Tano. Starkiller easy duel. she overpower her with the force.
Starkiller vs Quinlan Vos. I don't know Quinlan Vos
Starkiller vs Yoda. Yoda probably but i don't find it impossible for Starkiller to win.
Starkiller vs Mace Windu. Starkiller wins the same way Anakin Skywalker beat Mace Windu in the video game.

Marek would beat all of them exept for Yoda and Mace Windu
