When you first meet Maero The cops show up and you have to shot your way out. half way out Carlos says go up to the street down for a boat. How do you get to the boat?
shareThere will be two green markers pointing at ways out - one leads to street, other to boat. The way straight leads to street while the other way, a little to east, leads to the boat. It doesn't lead downwards right away and it is a very lengthy road containing stairs up and down.
