It's the only one not listed in the acting credits here, and it's the best one of the bunch. What the hell is the deal?

Ya, I was actually looking for it, because it sounded so familiar, i checked the nanny on imdb and saw that it was his voice, i dont know why he is not on the main screen of the game considering he is one option for main character...

His name is on the credits, right there thrown in with a bunch of random peds.
