No real chemistry

It doesn't seem like there's a real connection with him or any of these women. It looks so akward.

Kanisha...fix your hair and makeup please! You look like you're auditioning for Farmer wants a slave!

reply

Is her hair even real? He didn't kiss her much at all, but was all over Amanda after their date.

reply

LOL It is hilarious to see the reactions to his chemistry with Kanishia. The other girls wear more makeup, some so much, their faces look painted on. There are girls with light blond hair and dark brown roots, but that is acceptable?

Face it, he gets on well with Kanishia. At least she isn't trying to look as if she is auditioning for Farmer wants a chick who acts like a tramp and wears more makeup than a female impersonator.

Okay, while some of these ladies may look like transvestite rodeo clowns, they seem to have more chemistry with him than Kanishia. He thanked her like it was a business lunch date.

reply

Are you serious? Tell yourself whatever gets you through the day. It's ok. I am sure it is hard to see the Barbie cookie cutter chicks getting bounced and the african american woman, who by reality show precedent should have been cut on episode one, staying.

I also find it amusing that everyone is saying he is gay now. First the slave remarks. Then the he must be gay. Since I am not known for being politically correct, I am going to say what is really going on. Kick your TV's. Pull your hair out. Scream if you want to. The ridiculous comments on here and made by the jealous tramps left behind to drink and stew make it painfully obvious.

Green doesn't look good on any of you. Stop envying and being jealous. Face it, not every white man wants Barbie. He may want Shaniqua. It's happening more and more each day! hahahaha

Trust I thought the race thing would be issue as it appears to be the same thoughts as a lot of the girls in the house, especially since she's not a cute black girrl. But on the real I think he liked her cause in reality he didnt have to kiss her, I don't beleive he kissed Stacey. So yeah i think there was something there.

A "cute black girl"? Why not a "cute girl"? She doesn't have to look like Halle or Beyonce, who have altered their features to be less ethnic, to be pretty.

Have you looked at the whites and latinas? Those girls are not good looking. Overall the girls are plain and barely average. In all honesty, some of those girls look more like men than he does.

Black or White. She is not cute PERIOD. She is by far the ugliest girl on the show.

reply

You are correct about Matt with Stacey, they went on one date and
they did not seem to click at all and I think she really tried
too hard to impress Matt. She seemed like a plastic Barbie type
of girl and Stacey wore way too much makeup, come on they were
on a farm and those heels she wore in the tractor race, that
was oh so stupid!

I think it's disgusting how the girls keep saying "I can't see Matt with Kanisha" obviously because she's black, they don't wanna say it but that's what they mean. It's horrible, just because she's black she doesn't have a chance with him? Well, it doesn't matter anyway, because he seemed to like her and it's his decision in the end, so whatever, I just think it's terrible in this day and age.

I'm the King, y'all know that. She the Queen, came right back.

reply

i think she's perfect for him. she has a positive attitude about everything, and she seems to like every bit of him. also, she's funny. i just don't like her bangs.

reply

I agree all of them are such bigots

reply

Seriously it doesn't have anything to do with Kanisha being black but she doesn't look right with Matt. The only real chemistry I see is Matt being with Amanda.

reply

I agree. I just can't see him with Kanisha. I like her and all but not together with Matt. It is like catsup and ice cream. They're both good but you can't see them together. I know, stupid analogy...but better than nothing.

reply

yeah Kanisha should give up the bangs but if she was just the token black girl, wouldn't she have left earlier?

reply

I think race is irrelevant. However, he doesn't seem to have a genuine romantic interest in Kanisha. It has nothing to do with race. Chemistry is either there or not and in this case I'd say not. I don't doubt some of the other girls are thinking it's a race issue, though.

I think he likes her as a person, appreciates that she is a hard worker, and may want her as a friend. But she is definitely in the friend box. He gave her a peck on the lips a few times, but there was no passion, unlike when he hooked up with Amanda.

Amanda is the only one I can see him choosing.

reply

Sure

reply

Wow RACIST MUCH

reply

I personally like Kanisha and despite what all of you think I think she's pretty and Matt does like her. If he didn't he wouldn't have kept this long.

reply

Exactly. People can beat around the bush all they want but if she was a white girl with the same exact personality and traits, I think these people on this board AND the girls on the show would feel differently. She's a black woman so therefore she "just doesn't go with Matt" and "has no chemistry" with him.

I'm the King, y'all know that. She the Queen, came right back.

reply

It's not about race. I'm glad she made it this far honestly. But my original statement was that he doesn't seem to have any real chemistry with ANY of the girls. Might have been different if I was only talking about Kanisha.

All of them need a good scrub down in bleach and lessons in ettiquette. I don't retract my statement about Kanisha. For a first date, she may as well had rolled out the bed. She, among others, do not seem to be Matt's type either. None of those girls do. It's a reality tv show and they're all there to have a good time, not to be a "farmer's wife". Let's face it, when the show is over, Matt will break things off, and then ride off into the sunset on his tractor with a hot farmer stud. The not so lucky lady will re-audition for another reality tv show for a chance at stardom.

reply

Chemistry or no chemistry, I think the girls on the show and obviously some posters here believe that she doesn't have a chance mainly because she's black.

I'm the King, y'all know that. She the Queen, came right back.

reply

There is nothing racist here. There are too many people being too sensitive about it. If Farmer dude was a black man and there was token white girl in the bunch, I am sure everyone would be saying they just can't see them together; yes, even in this day and age. And as I said in my previous post, he kissed her like it was a business lunch; nothing there. There is nothing there and it could very well be, because she is black, and both families would eventually have to deal with the differences that go with that.

reply

It is ridiculous to call people racist just because they don't think Matt and Kanisha have chemistry. Kanisha IS pretty and a hard worker and is a lot nicer than many of the other girls. And I think Matt likes her as a person. However I just don't see the romantic spark there. I don't see it with Lisa, Christa, or Ashley either. He likes to flirt with Brooke but does not seem serious about her. The ONLY girl he has honestly shown any real, romantic interest in is Amanda.

I think that if anyone want to make an argument about racism, how about the fact that only one girl on the show is black. Stephanie looked like she was maybe part Asian but I'm not sure and maybe Ashley is Latina or part Latina, but other than that every other contestant is white. That is more of an issue than complaining about people not thinking he has chemistry with Kanisha!

reply

Right on, Wordartist. If you recall, after his date with Amanda, they were making out; do they use that term anymore? Anyway, one would think with the way they kissed in that manner, that something more was there. He may as well have shaken Kanisha's hand and called it a day.

reply

autumnsquirrel66 white females have no problems on dating shows with black males because on the seasons of Flavor of Love the public never had a problem believing that the white females had as good of a chance to win as the black females. Flavor had chemistry with both the white and black females.

You see what you want to see. Matt and Kanisha have chemistry. If they had no chemistry he would have brought her back home before the sunset. He did not have to lean in and kiss her, he did it because he wanted to, she did not initiate the kiss. He leaned and kissed her more than once. No one is making him make these choses he is doing it on his own because he likes her. No chemistry is his date with Stacey where he spent most of the time drinking while she talked none stop.

reply

I would respect people more if they admitted they didn't like the idea of Kanisha with Matt for the obvious reason they feel that way. Beating around the bush is even more of a cop out.

If you feel that way, at least stand up and admit it. If admitting is too hard to do, maybe there is a piece of the person that knows feeling that way is very 1860.

When Brooke was talking about how Kanisha won't end up with Matt, I was thinking that she should also be talking about herself too. I agree with whoever said that the only person that he has chemistry with is Amanda. And I think that the girls should be honest in why they don't think that Kanisha has a chance with Matt.

reply

Precisely. He's already made his mind up about Amanda. And as for people who insist racism is the only reason for not considering Kanisha the frontrunner, I can only speak for myself, but I happen to be multiracial, so my reason for thinking they don't have chemistry isn't racism. So let's stop making blanket statements about people being racist. Obviously I am not, being mixed myself. I just think Amanda is the one he'll choose.Matt has zero chemistry with ANY of the others.

reply

I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm not talking about why you don't think that Kanisha and Matt have chemistry, I'm talking about why the girls don't. And I'm not saying that Brooke is racist, but I can tell she didn't feel threatened by Kanisha b/c she is black. I know people like her & you tend to pick up on things from other people that are like that. As I said before, he doesn't really have any chemistry with any of them except for Amanda. I didn't care for Josie, but I thought that she was funny. Too bad she couldn't have stayed around longer.

reply

Josie was good for ratings. The "villian" character always is. He should have kept her a few more weeks for just to keep things interesting. I would be willing to wager she ends up doing some other reality shows and have a bit of Omarosa-like notoriety. (Perhaps the Surreal Life? Just like Omarosa?)

BTW, the comments were not really directed at you. More at some other posters who seem to be overly caught up in the whole race thing.

reply

So chemistry aside, you don't think that the girls were saying that Matt wouldn't be interested in Kanisha b/c she's black? I definitely think that's what Brooke thought.

reply

The girls, yes. I acknowledge that. It was more an issue of people saying everyone on THIS BOARD must feel that way. That was the definite impression I got from some people's responses. I did actually say in a previous post that I thought perhaps some of the girls were discounting Kanisha because she's black. However, not all the posters on this board can be grouped into that category. Miss MiChiMi and nutriaself clearly attack other posters who do not agree with them that Kanisha is the frontrunner by calling them racist. I am pretty much directing my comments at these two posters for making blanket statements about other posters who do not agree with them. As for the other contestants, I think that Brooke, Ashley, and Christa have all make comments that basically dismiss Kanisha as a possiblity because of race, though of course they are too embarrassed to say so outright. However, I agree that the message is between the lines. I think in the case of these three girls it is probably also insecurity because they want so badly to win. Amanda is assured she is going to be picked, so she doesn't seem to need to make comments as much about the others and Lisa already knows she has no chance and is just waiting for the episode when she is officially kicked off. I think there may have been some jealously among the others. Brooke and Ashley have not been asked on a date yet, so they may feel jealousy that Kanisha was asked before them. Christa was the first one chosen for a date, but then that was a while back and does not assure anything. Stacey got a date but still was cut. Until now, I think they just assumed Kanisha wouldn't be picked because she is black but were then put off by the fact that she got a date before they (Brooke and Ashley) did. Brooke still thinks she's going to win. In the end, though, he will only choose one girl, and I think, competition and race issues aside, the only girl who has a chance is Amanda. Sorry for the long answer!

reply

Matt has a lot of chemistry with Kanisha. Some people do not want to see but its there. Even the other females on the show can see it know. Why do you think Ashley's first question to Matt was did you like kissing KJ and then asked KJ did she want to *beep* Matt. Matt also has chemistry with Christa and Amanda.

PS. There is nothing wrong with KJs hair and make up. I definitely dont understand the "slave" reference because last time I checked the history books, slaves did not wear high heal, wear makeup, and have cute clothes. Kanisha is pretty just the way she is. But you need to work on your self esteem eastindiangurl and stopping taking out you negative feelings about yourself on KJ.

Welcome to the real world where people don't have to agree with you and live in a sugar coated world. By the way idiot, despite my screename, I AM BLACK YOU NIMWIT.

Now get off your internet soap box and off the topic. You fail to impress me with your pathetic antics to call anyone a racist. You clearly have too much time on your hands to have taken my opinion way out of context.
