I was hoping they'd be like That Outback Jack couple who actually stayed together and now have a daugther.
But then again, the last episode just aired and maybe she's sad because she misses him? Usually they keep the couples apart (or ask them to stay away from each other in public) until the end of the show so that it doesn't give away the ending.
Of course her being sad can be something completely different.
