I would like to know that as well. From what I understand is that Netflix has deleted some scenes and I believe some of them had to do with Noiret's fate.

shareGood question. Even though they don't explain, it seems like something Hugo would have done to him. And kind of poetic justice after Noiret said something like "I like your style" when Hugo got Maria back into the mental hospital.
shareJust finished the series and there is a very short scene (I think at the end of S6) where the show Noiret in the mental hospital about to get shock therapy from the same doctor that shocked María. It was maybe 10-15 seconds long. The connotation was that this crazy doctor now could experiment on Noiret and this was Noiret's punishment for all of his prior evils and douchebaggery.
