Man This was allover the place

This picture was cuckoo for cocco puffs, it all seem so random, a sequence of events that were not linked or related with one another, japanese guys speaking english, and a general faux-impressionism. This looked like an experimantal film done by a college student for some kind a class project. I particularly agree with an excerpt from the synopsis of the main page, where someone mentioned something about mismathced edits. My thoughts exactly. Overall this movie lacked matter and substance.
