I start by saying that this movie did not do justice to the book. All the things were rushed, It felt like they sped up the book too much in order to get a 90 minute movie. Though the end scene was not incredibly bad I was wondering if you remember the ending in the book, cause I lost my copy of it and I did remember everything in the book that was in the movie except the end scene.

Does Victor ends up with Paige in the book ending? And I believe there was a scene involving Cherry and Victor's best friend and the statue they were building? If you can, please remind me of the book ending because I just completely forgot LOL

If I remember correctly, in the book, Paige thinks she is from the future, and wants to get pregnant so she can live in the future with a baby (something along those lines)

After the scene with Victor in the Jail, the police tell him Paige is mysteriously missing from the hospital (she was not a self admit in the book).

Then Victor, Cherry, and Denny are at the lot that Denny is building the stuff with the rocks. Victor "wants Denny to need him" so he tells the media Denny is building something without a permit. News crews show up, along with a huge mass of people. A few people recognize Victor from "saving him," and he thinks he is about to get outted. The building collapses. Paige shows up, and they all 4 apparently live happily ever after. I realize I am responding to this post 4 years later, but I believe that's how it ends in the book.
