You know... what the girls talk about when Poppy is listening to music in the headphones.

Please keep the explanation decent, as this is a public forum. But I'd be really happy if someone could clarify this for me.

I thinks its made up. I cant see the lebanese having a sex position.

I think she got 'lebanese' mixed up with 'lesbian' but I have no idea what the fulcrum thing is... maybe some tell-tell anatomical feature (that again, she mixed up with something else anatomical).
