I saw this at the store the other day, and I was a bit confused. I thought maybe it could have been the original movie, but that's, "puppet master," right.
So by "V," I guess IMDb thinks this is a video..., but I'm not sure how it fits into the SAC continuum?

It's just the Laughing Man story arc in movie format, with a few new scenes added to help the flow of continuity. They did the same with the Individual Eleven, the downer is that it's dubbed by a new cast.
